The Park Fund is the part of the Otter Oasis ecosystem created specifically to support the long-term ambition behind the project: turning the digital ecosystem into progress toward a real-world Otter Oasis Adventure Park.
That does not mean the park already exists. Land has not yet been purchased, planning permission has not been secured, and major development decisions will depend on the right site, professional advice, planning requirements, available resources and many other factors.
What the Park Fund does provide is a dedicated structure for gradually building resources around that long-term goal. Instead of treating the physical park as a distant idea, Otter Oasis can begin setting aside part of ecosystem activity for the work that may eventually be needed to make it possible.
What Is The Park Fund?
The Park Fund is a dedicated part of the Otter Oasis ecosystem. Its purpose is to receive defined allocations from different parts of the ecosystem and hold those resources for future park-related needs.
It is separate from the Rewards Pool, Treasury, Bonds & Yield allocation and Operations funding. Each area has a different job. The Park Fund is the part focused on the long-term physical Park Vision.
This matters because developing a real destination involves much more than construction. Before anything can be built, there may be land costs, surveys, professional advice, planning work, designs, legal costs and site preparation. Creating a dedicated fund gives Otter Oasis a way to begin preparing for those stages over time.
How Money Reaches The Park Fund
The Park Fund does not rely on one single source. Under the current ecosystem model, different activities use different allocation structures.
Eco Ranger Mints
Eco Rangers are the founding digital collectible and utility layer of Otter Oasis. The collection has a total supply of 9,146 Eco Rangers, with the current mint reference price set at $110.
Funds from Eco Ranger mints use the following allocation:
- 40% Rewards
- 20% Treasury
- 15% Bonds & Yield
- 15% Park Fund
- 10% Operations
That means 15% of an Eco Ranger mint is allocated to the Park Fund under the current model.
Digital Participation Shares And Membership
Digital Participation Shares and Membership use a different allocation structure:
- 40% Rewards
- 10% Treasury
- 10% Bonds & Yield
- 35% Park Fund
- 5% Operations
So, under the current model, 35% of funds from Shares and Membership is allocated to the Park Fund.
Digital Participation Shares are ecosystem participation units. They are not company shares or equity and do not provide ownership of Otter Oasis, its Treasury, land or any future park.
Realised Bonds & Yield Profit
The Bonds & Yield layer provides another potential route into the Park Fund. Capital allocated to this area may be deployed into external DeFi opportunities, which carry their own risks.
When profit is actually realised, the current planned distribution is:
- 25% Rewards
- 20% Treasury
- 40% Reinvestment
- 10% Park Fund
- 5% Operations
This means the Park Fund can potentially benefit not only from ecosystem purchases, but also from a portion of realised profit generated through the Bonds & Yield layer. Returns are not guaranteed, and only realised profit can be distributed in this way.
Why We Created The Park Fund
The idea behind the Park Fund came from a straightforward question: how do we turn a long-term dream into something that can be built toward gradually?
A future holiday and adventure park could require substantial capital. Waiting until the day land becomes available or planning work begins would mean starting from zero. The Park Fund creates a mechanism for resources to begin accumulating while the wider ecosystem develops.
It also creates a clearer connection between the digital side of Otter Oasis and the physical destination we ultimately want to build. The ecosystem is not the park itself. It is one of the tools being developed to help support that bigger vision.
What Could The Park Fund Support?
The exact use of Park Fund resources will depend on the stage the project reaches, the site eventually pursued, professional advice and the practical requirements at that time. Potential uses could include the following.

Land Acquisition
Suitable land is fundamental to the Otter Oasis Park Vision. A future site would need to work for the intended mix of fishing, accommodation, wildlife, outdoor experiences and visitor facilities.
The Park Fund could contribute toward land acquisition when the project is in a position to pursue an appropriate site. No land purchase is currently guaranteed, and any potential site would need to be assessed properly before a commitment was made.
Planning, Surveys And Professional Costs
A development of this kind can require planning advice, architects, environmental and ecological surveys, drainage assessments, legal work and other specialist services before construction is even considered.
These early costs can be significant. The Park Fund could therefore help finance the professional groundwork required to establish whether a proposed development is practical and capable of receiving the necessary permissions. In England, major development proposals are handled through the planning system, with official guidance available through the UK Government planning permission guidance.
Infrastructure And Site Preparation
If a suitable site is secured and the necessary permissions are obtained, development could require roads, utilities, drainage, parking, pathways, landscaping and other site infrastructure.
The exact requirements would depend heavily on the land and approved plans, but infrastructure is one of the major areas the Park Fund could eventually help support.
Fishing Lakes And Outdoor Experiences
Fishing has been part of the Otter Oasis idea from the beginning. The long-term vision includes high-quality fishing experiences alongside nature trails and other outdoor activities that give families reasons to spend time outside together.
Depending on the eventual site, Park Fund resources could contribute toward creating, improving or maintaining the facilities needed for those experiences.
Lodges And Visitor Accommodation
The Park Vision includes comfortable accommodation that allows people to stay and experience Otter Oasis for more than a single day.
Accommodation would represent a substantial future development cost. The type, scale and timing would depend on the site, planning approval and available funding rather than being predetermined today.

Wildlife, Habitat And Conservation Areas
Nature and wildlife are central to the Otter Oasis identity. Future plans could include habitat areas, wildlife viewing spaces, educational features and conservation-focused elements alongside the fishing and holiday facilities.
The Park Fund could help support appropriate habitat and conservation work where it forms part of an approved future development.
Visitor Facilities And Future Attractions
A developed Otter Oasis site could eventually include cafés, shops, educational spaces, family attractions and other visitor facilities. These remain part of the long-term vision rather than promises about a final park design.
As the project progresses, decisions about what is practical can be made using the actual site, planning requirements, available resources and feedback from the Otter Oasis community.
Transparency And Following The Progress
A dedicated Park Fund also makes progress easier to separate from the rest of the ecosystem. Rather than combining every resource into one balance, the project can show what has specifically been allocated toward the physical vision.
The Otter Oasis app is being developed to make ecosystem information easier to follow, including the different funding layers. The app has not yet been publicly released, so this should be viewed as part of what is being built rather than a feature already being used by the public.
As the project develops, the aim is to give the community clearer visibility into the journey from digital ecosystem to real-world progress.
A Long-Term Park Fund For A Long-Term Vision
The Park Fund is not a promise that a park will appear overnight. It is a practical way of recognising that a physical development requires preparation, capital and time.
There may be years between building the ecosystem, identifying the right opportunity, securing land, navigating planning and eventually beginning development. Some stages may change as new information becomes available.
What remains constant is the destination: building toward a real place centred on fishing, nature, wildlife, family experiences and community.
What Happens If The Park Fund Achieves Its Purpose?
The Park Fund has been created for a specific long-term purpose. But the ecosystem does not necessarily stop needing capital once major park milestones have been achieved.
If the original objectives of the Park Fund are eventually fulfilled. Its future role and allocation could be reviewed against the needs of Otter Oasis at that time. Resources might be used for further park development or, where appropriate. Future allocations could be adjusted to support other parts of the ecosystem.
Any such decision belongs to a much later stage of the project. There is no need to predetermine it before the park itself has been built.
Building The Future Of Otter Oasis
The Park Fund connects what Otter Oasis is building today with what we hope to build in the real world tomorrow.
Eco Ranger mints, Digital Participation Shares, Membership and realised Bonds & Yield profit can each contribute through their respective allocation models. Over time, those resources could help with the many steps required to move from a vision on a screen to a place people can actually visit.
There are no shortcuts around land, planning, professional advice, infrastructure or funding. That is exactly why the Park Fund exists.
