These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access the Otter Oasis website, use our online services or choose to participate in the Otter Oasis ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Otter Oasis website, ecosystem platform, documents or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the relevant website or services.
Some Otter Oasis products or services may also have additional terms, rules or disclosures. Where additional terms apply, they should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
2. About Otter Oasis
Otter Oasis is a UK-based community-backed project developing an online ecosystem around a longer-term vision for a future eco-tourism and nature-focused destination.
The website may describe plans, concepts, development goals and future features. A description of a future plan or objective does not mean that it is guaranteed to be completed, launched or delivered in the form currently described.
3. Information, Not Professional Advice
Website content and Otter Oasis documents are provided for general information and educational purposes. Nothing on the website should be treated as financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.
You are responsible for considering your own circumstances, carrying out your own research and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate before making decisions.
4. Ecosystem Participation
The Otter Oasis ecosystem may include Eco Rangers NFTs, Digital Participation Shares, Memberships, community rewards, smart contracts, treasury-related infrastructure and other features described in our current official documentation.
Digital Participation Shares are not shares in a company. They do not represent company equity, voting rights, ownership of land or property, or ownership of any future Otter Oasis holiday park.
Participation is voluntary. Blockchain technology, digital assets and smart contracts involve risks including price volatility, transaction errors, wallet security risks, network disruption, smart-contract risks and changes in technology or regulation. Please read the applicable Otter Oasis documentation and Risk Disclosure before participating.
5. Rewards, Estimates and Future Plans
Any examples, projections, reference reward values, illustrations or estimates shown by Otter Oasis are provided to explain how a system is intended to operate. They are not guarantees of income, profit, returns or future value.
Actual availability and amounts may depend on the applicable ecosystem rules, available reward pools, credited amounts, technical operation and other factors described in the current documentation.
References to future park development, land, facilities, partnerships, products, timelines, features or ecosystem expansion are forward-looking plans and may change, be delayed or not proceed.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using Otter Oasis, you agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully or infringe the rights of Otter Oasis or others.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, accounts and crypto wallets. Never send Otter Oasis your wallet seed phrase or private keys. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, so you should check transaction details carefully before approving them.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Otter Oasis may link to or integrate with third-party websites, wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, social platforms, payment providers or other services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, fees, risks and privacy policies.
Otter Oasis does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or actions. You should review the relevant third-party terms before using them.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Otter Oasis branding, original website text, graphics, documents, designs and other original materials are owned by or licensed for use by Otter Oasis and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use website materials for normal personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially exploit or falsely present Otter Oasis materials as your own without permission, except where the law allows it or a separate licence expressly permits it.
9. Availability and Changes to Services
We aim to keep the website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security issues, network conditions, third-party failures or other events may affect availability.
We may update, suspend, replace or discontinue website content, features or services where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects an existing paid arrangement, any applicable specific terms and consumer rights will continue to apply.

Subject to those rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Otter Oasis is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party services, user error, unauthorised wallet or account access, blockchain-network operation, or decisions made in reliance on general informational material.
If you use Otter Oasis as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, ecosystem, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Where appropriate, material changes affecting an existing service or arrangement may also be communicated through the website, app or other reasonable means.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws that apply where you live, and nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
