Otter Oasis App Build has moved a long way from the first concept. What began as an idea for connecting the digital ecosystem has developed into a working application with separate areas for Eco Rangers, Digital Participation Shares, Membership, Rewards, Treasury, Bonds & Yield, the Park Fund and personal account information.
The screenshots in this article are taken from the current Otter Oasis app build and show how the main areas of the ecosystem now come together in one working interface.
The mechanics described below reflect the current Otter Oasis App Build model as it is being built and tested.
Otter Oasis App Build: From Concept to Working Platform
The purpose of the app is straightforward: bring the different parts of Otter Oasis together in one place.
Instead of asking users to understand a collection of disconnected contracts, pages and calculations, the app is being designed to provide a simpler interface for interacting with the ecosystem.
That means someone should eventually be able to connect their wallet, understand their Eco Rangers, Shares and Membership, see relevant reward information and follow how the wider ecosystem is developing without needing to understand the technical infrastructure underneath it.
The app is currently being developed and tested on Base, with testnet development taking place before any planned mainnet deployment.
The App Home Page

The Home page is intended to act as the front door to the ecosystem.
Rather than overwhelming a new visitor with blockchain terminology, it should explain what Otter Oasis is, where the digital ecosystem fits into the wider vision and provide clear routes into the main areas of the app.
As the current build develops, the Home experience can connect users to Eco Rangers, Shares, Membership, their personal account information and the wider funding structure.
That broader structure is explained in the Otter Oasis Ecosystem Loop.
Eco Rangers: The Founding Digital Layer

The Eco Rangers are the founding digital collection within Otter Oasis. The collection contains 9,146 Rangers, with a current mint reference of $110.
In the current model, Eco Rangers are no longer described as percentage-based Membership Power boosters. Instead, an active Membership can make up to 10 Eco Rangers in the connected wallet eligible for the Ranger reward component.
The current reference is $5 per eligible Ranger per month, up to a reference maximum of $50 per month for 10 eligible Rangers. These are reference values, not guaranteed payments. Claimable rewards depend on Rewards Pool funding and amounts actually credited.
Eco Rangers are digital collectibles and utility assets. They do not represent company equity, voting rights, ownership of land, ownership of the Treasury or ownership of a future physical park.
You can explore the current collection on the Eco Rangers page.
Digital Participation Shares

Digital Participation Shares form another major part of the app.
The current model has a maximum lifetime primary supply of 500,000 Shares. Five Shares equal one Share Point.
Shares can be held without an active Membership. However, under the current model, monthly Share Point reward calculations require an active Membership, and the Membership tier determines the monthly reference value applied to each Share Point.
These are Digital Participation Shares. They are not company shares, equity or securities and do not provide ownership of Otter Oasis, the Treasury, land or a future park. They also do not provide company voting rights.
The app needs to make those distinctions clear while still making the participation mechanics easy to understand.
Otter Oasis App Build Membership

Membership is the active participation layer that connects Share Point calculations, Community Bonus Levels and eligible Eco Rangers within the current app.
The current structure uses five monthly tiers:
- Starter, $10/month: $0.15 monthly reference per Share Point and $1 monthly Community Bonus Level reference.
- Plus, $25/month: $0.20 per Share Point and $2 Community Bonus Level reference.
- Basic, $50/month: $0.30 per Share Point and $3 Community Bonus Level reference.
- Pro, $100/month: $0.35 per Share Point and $7.50 Community Bonus Level reference.
- Premium, $200/month: $0.50 per Share Point and $15 Community Bonus Level reference.
Membership therefore acts as an active participation layer. It enables the current Share Point reward calculation and can make up to 10 Rangers eligible for the Ranger reward component.
The current app uses this five-tier Membership structure rather than the earlier percentage-based Membership Power model.
The Rewards Area Is Becoming Easier to Understand

The current Rewards area brings the main reward components together in one place and is designed to make the calculation structure easier to understand.
Rather than presenting projections as though they are fixed returns, the app needs to show the different components that may contribute to a user's credited rewards and make the assumptions behind them clear.
For Shares, the calculation starts with Share Points and the active Membership tier. For Eco Rangers, the current reference uses the number of eligible Rangers, up to 10, when a qualifying Membership is active. Membership also includes its relevant Community Bonus Level reference.
Most importantly, reference calculations are not guarantees. Actual claimable amounts depend on the Rewards Pool and amounts credited under the current system.
This is one of the reasons the app interface matters. Good design should make a complicated model easier to understand without hiding the conditions and risks.
The Personal Dashboard Brings Everything Together

The public pages explain Otter Oasis. The Dashboard is where the app becomes personal.
The aim is for a connected user to see the information relevant to their own wallet, such as Ranger holdings, Digital Participation Shares, Membership status and reward-related information.
The current Dashboard brings together Share Points, Membership, Ranger eligibility and reward-related information so a connected user can understand their position in one place.
This makes the Dashboard one of the most important parts of the current app experience.
The Treasury Is a Project-Controlled Ecosystem Reserve

The Treasury section is designed to give the wider ecosystem a visible reserve and funding layer.
Under the current model, the Treasury is project-controlled. Holding Eco Rangers, Shares or Membership does not give a participant ownership of Treasury assets.
Funding can reach the Treasury from different parts of the ecosystem. For example, the current primary Eco Ranger allocation sends 20% to Treasury, while current primary Shares and Membership revenue allocates 10% to Treasury.
The Treasury may support areas such as technology, development, infrastructure, professional services, research and strategic project needs.
Our updated Otter Oasis Treasury article explains the current structure in more detail.
Bonds & Yield: Building Productive Capital Carefully

Bonds & Yield has also developed beyond the early concept shown in the original article.
The current strategy treats this as a separate, project-controlled productive-capital layer. The intention is to deploy capital gradually into selected external DeFi opportunities rather than simply relying on new participant revenue.
If yield is realised, the current model allocates realised profit as follows: 25% Compounding/Bonds Capital, 20% Rewards, 40% Park Fund, 10% Treasury and 5% Operations.
There is no guaranteed APR or guaranteed yield. External DeFi strategies carry smart-contract, protocol, market, liquidity and other risks, including the possibility of losing capital.
The current strategy is explained further in Bonds & Yield.
Park Fund Connects Digital Development to the Long-Term Vision

The Park Fund is where the digital ecosystem connects most clearly with the original real-world ambition.
Under the current structure, 15% of primary Eco Ranger revenue and 35% of primary Shares and Membership revenue is allocated to the Park Fund. The current Bonds & Yield model also allocates 40% of realised profit to it.
The purpose is to build a dedicated funding route that may help support the long-term physical Park Vision.
However, allocating funds toward that goal does not guarantee that a physical park will be built. Land availability, planning and other approvals, professional advice, funding requirements and commercial viability will all influence what is possible.
The Marketplace Adds a Future Trading Layer

The Marketplace is another part of the current app build and is designed to give the ecosystem its own future trading area.
The current plan is for marketplace activity to include a 5% ecosystem fee. Under the present model, that fee is allocated 50% to the Park Fund, 25% to Rewards, 15% to Treasury, 5% to Bonds & Yield and 5% to Operations.
This means future marketplace activity can feed back into the same wider funding structure used throughout Otter Oasis rather than operating as an isolated part of the app.
The Marketplace is still part of the developing platform, so its final functionality and availability will depend on continued development, testing and the requirements that apply before release.
Five Destinations Keep the Funding Model Clear
One of the biggest improvements to the current ecosystem is that the main funding destinations are now much easier to explain.
Across the model, funds are organised around five core areas: Rewards, Treasury, Bonds & Yield, Park Fund and Operations.
For primary Eco Ranger revenue, the current allocation is 40% / 20% / 15% / 15% / 10%.
For primary Shares and Membership revenue, the current allocation is 40% / 10% / 10% / 35% / 5%.
These flows give the app a clearer structure to represent visually. Rather than every product feeling like a separate system, the interface can show how each one contributes to the wider ecosystem.
Otter Oasis App Build Progress on Base Sepolia
The development process has included testing the core blockchain interactions on Base Sepolia testnet.
That work has included Eco Ranger minting, Digital Participation Share interactions, Membership interactions, wallet connections and the wider relationship between the app and smart contracts.
Testing is exactly where problems should be found. User-interface issues, wallet behaviour, calculation changes and contract integration all need to be worked through before any planned move to Base mainnet.
The app is therefore best understood as an active development build rather than a finished public product.
The Current Otter Oasis App Build
The screenshots throughout this article now show the current Otter Oasis app interface. Together they provide a visual tour of the Home, Eco Rangers, Shares, Membership, Rewards, Dashboard, Treasury, Bonds & Yield and Park Fund areas.
The app will continue to be refined as testing progresses, but these screens represent the system being built today rather than an older version of the model.
What We Are Working Toward Next
The main ecosystem structure is now represented inside the app. The next stage is continued testing, refinement and preparation rather than replacing an outdated model.
- Continue testing the five-tier Membership system and Share Point calculations.
- Keep Ranger eligibility and reward references clear for connected users.
- Refine the Dashboard and reward information as real testing continues.
- Keep Treasury, Bonds & Yield and Park Fund information easy to understand.
- Continue wallet, contract and user-experience testing on Base Sepolia.
- Prepare the platform carefully before any planned Base mainnet deployment.
There is still work ahead, but the app is no longer just an idea. The current screenshots show a working foundation built around the ecosystem we have today.
The Otter Oasis App Build in Public
One thing I want to continue doing is showing the development rather than pretending everything appeared fully finished.
The screenshots on this page show the current stage of that process. Together, they demonstrate how the platform has moved from a concept into a working app that we can test, question and improve.
That approach is also why we keep updating older articles when the ecosystem changes. If a model evolves, the public information should evolve with it.
The current Otter Oasis Docs and Risk Disclosure provide further information about the ecosystem and its risks.
Otter Oasis App Build: The Journey Continues
When I first started Otter Oasis, there was no app, no Eco Ranger contract, no Shares system and no connected ecosystem. There was simply an idea and a long-term vision.
Seeing the current system working across these screens is a reminder of how much can be built one step at a time.
The app will continue to improve as testing progresses, but it now reflects the ecosystem structure we are building around today.
