The Otter Community Reserve is a community-driven initiative that forms part of the wider Otter Oasis ecosystem.

Our goal is simple.

To build a transparent reserve that gradually acquires productive assets capable of generating sustainable income while supporting the long-term growth of the community.

Rather than focusing on short-term opportunities, the Reserve is designed to grow steadily over time through responsible asset management and clear reporting.

We believe communities can achieve far more by working together than individuals can alone.

The Community Reserve aims to create a growing portfolio of productive assets that can generate ongoing income for the benefit of the wider ecosystem.

As the reserve grows, new opportunities can be explored while maintaining transparency and responsible stewardship.

How the Community Reserve Works

Each month a new Community Reserve Round is opened.

Members can contribute from a low starting amount, allowing anyone to participate regardless of budget.

Funds raised during each round are allocated towards:

  • Growing the Community Reserve
  • Operating and developing the platform
  • Maintaining an operational reserve

As productive assets begin generating income, that income can be allocated according to the Community Reserve policy in place at the time.

Productive Assets

Over time the Community Reserve may hold a wide range of productive assets.

These may include:

• • Yield-generating blockchain assets
  • Digital products
  • Software applications
  • Online businesses
  • Income-producing websites
  • Property and land (future)
  • Other productive assets approved by the Community Reserve

Every asset acquired will be displayed within the public Portfolio page so the community can see how the reserve is developing.

User Credits

Each contribution to a Community Reserve Round receives User Credits.

User Credits are an internal accounting system used to record each member’s proportional participation within the Community Reserve.

Where community rewards are distributed, User Credits may be used to calculate each eligible participant’s share of the available reward pool.

User Credits are not company shares, securities or ownership interests.

Looking Ahead

The Community Reserve is intended to grow over many years rather than months.

As the reserve expands, additional productive assets, new reserve rounds and further community features may be introduced to strengthen the ecosystem and create long-term sustainability.
